70年大阪万博までに都心の高速道路網を完成させるため、ビルの上に道路を載せるという大胆なアイデアが採用された全長約1kmの巨大都市構築物。かつては茶色のタイル張りだったが、2015年に現在のパネルに改修された。

受付が終わった方から一旦会議室でお待ちいただき、
定刻になれば見学をスタートする予定です。
